Don’t see your court?
Tell us the name on your ticket. We’ll help you figure out the next step.
A former traffic prosecutor.
Now on your side.
Casey Spencer served as a traffic prosecutor and as an assistant district attorney in the Major Felonies Bureau. Her background includes plea negotiations, motions, hearings, and trials.
For your ticket, that means looking at the charge and the available evidence, explaining possible defenses or reductions, and helping you make an informed decision.

Will I have to go back to New York?
That depends on the charge and the court. In many routine traffic cases, a lawyer can handle court appearances for you. Some cases require you to attend. Call with your ticket so we can discuss what to expect.
Can a New York ticket affect my New Jersey license?
It can. New Jersey generally assesses two points for an out-of-state moving violation. The charge and your driving history matter, and insurance is a separate concern. Don’t assume that a New Jersey license makes a New York ticket harmless. See the NJ MVC point schedule.
Can you get my ticket reduced or dismissed?
A reduction, dismissal, or diversion option may be available, depending on the facts and the court. We review the ticket and evidence to identify your options. No particular result can be promised.
What will it cost?
Your initial consultation is free. We use flat fees, so you know what to expect before you hire us. You won’t get an extra bill just because your case took more time than expected. If needed, you can spread out payments with no interest. We’ll explain the fee, what it covers, and your payment options up front.
What if I already paid or missed the response date?
Call and explain what happened. Have any ticket, court letter, or suspension notice nearby. The next step depends on the status of the case; a past plea or missed date needs a closer look.
